Each piece of Elizabeth Humble Jewellery is beautifully packaged in a luxurious black box and bowed with a black ribbon.
Each parcel is packaged in bubble wrap and a delivery box to ensure your jewellery arrives in pristine condition.
Whilst we always hope our parcels will be treated with respect while they travel to you by courier, we know there can sometimes be accidents. Please get in touch with us directly if you have any concerns.
Our Returns Policy
We hope that you love your new Elizabeth Humble Jewellery. However if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer an exchange or credit note if you get in touch with us and return your jewellery to us within 14 days of purchase in perfect condition and in its original packaging and unworn.
Any bespoke items will not be eligible for return. Please get in touch with us directly at email@example.com if you require assistance with your jewellery.
Any item that is faulty will be exempt from the Returns Policy. Please refer to our Warranty below and contact us for further details.
Each piece of Elizabeth Humble Jewellery has a 1 year Warranty. Any repairs or restoration work undertaken out with this period will incur a fee quoted on a case-by-case basis.
